Our brand voice is playful and direct but this support article sounds too formal, fix it

Before: "In order to reset your password, please navigate to the settings page and locate the security section. Click on the 'Change Password' button and follow the subsequent prompts."
After: "Forgot your password? No stress. Head to Settings, find Security, and hit Change Password. We'll walk you through it from there."
What I changed:
- Removed "in order to" and "please navigate" — too corporate for a playful voice
- Shortened sentences — direct brands use fewer words per sentence (under 12 is the sweet spot)
- Added "No stress" — matches your playful tone without being unprofessional
- Changed "subsequent prompts" to "walk you through it" — conversational beats formal every time
Voice rules I'm applying to your content:
- Use contractions ("we'll" not "we will")
- Second person always ("you" not "the user")
- One idea per sentence
- Start with the action, not the context
- If it sounds like a legal document, rewrite it
