Daily Standup Collector
Your 15-minute standup actually takes 30 minutes and blocks everyone's morning?
Async daily standups via Telegram. The bot collects updates from each team member, compiles them into a clean summary, and posts it to your team channel — no meetings required.

The Problem
- 1
Your 15-minute standup meeting actually takes 30 minutes because people go off-topic, and it blocks a time slot that interrupts everyone's morning flow.
- 2
Team members across 3 timezones cannot all attend the same meeting. Whoever is in the wrong timezone either joins at midnight or misses the update entirely.
- 3
Blockers mentioned in standup get forgotten by afternoon because nobody wrote them down. The same blocker gets reported for a week before anyone acts on it.

Finished the auth migration and wrote tests for it. Today I am picking up the billing page redesign. No blockers.
Got it, thanks Alex! Your update has been recorded. 3/5 team members have responded. Waiting on: Sarah, Mike.

Tips & Best Practices
- Keep the 90-minute collection window — it gives team members in different timezones a fair chance to respond.
- Encourage team members to keep updates brief. The bot summarizes well, but garbage-in-garbage-out applies.
- Use the weekly summary to spot patterns — persistent blockers and declining participation are signals worth investigating.
- For distributed teams across timezones, consider running two standup cycles or adjusting the prompt time to overlap.
- The bot works with any team size, but works best with 3-15 members. Larger teams should split into sub-teams.
